Less than a week before the April deadline, I decided to do something foolhardy and come up with a submission for the EXPO 2001 Anthology. I originally thought I'd try to do a 8-page adaptation of one of my brother's short stories, but looking at how little time there was before the deadline, I opted for something shorter. What follows is a sad little tale, drawn completely without pencil or paper, fueled by sleep deprivation and Raymond Chandler novels, and only loosely based on real-life experiences taking care of other people's cats. It's probably a very good thing that it never saw the light of publication.

(Wait for the whole thing to load, then read away...)
